I am vary new at this and I am trying to lean what I can. I have been doing some reading in the forum and downloaded some programs like alcohol 120%, ISO buster, and virtual clonedrive but I cant get them to work cuz of my newbiness. Heres the deal I went through my old collection of PC games and found an oldie, a great oldie,Fallout 2 but the disk was damaged and wont run to I downloaded it and got 2 files one fallout2.mdf 668mb and another fallout2.mds 493bytes. Now from what I found on the forum they say to burn them to a CDR and they will auto boot to install,but I have no burner so I thought maybe virtual clonedrive can help, but the files wont mount, I think I may installed virtual clonedrive wrong. I have tried to fix my damaged Fallout2 disk at a CD store but no luck and I have tried to find an ther copy in my local hometown, but no luck. So plz can someone help with a detailed walkthrough, I want to relive the memories in Fallout any help will be wonderfull,and sorry for my newbiness. Thanks.
