i cannot get my dvd's to copy

i feel likie an idiot. i am new to the computer. i put my dvd in to the computer and using dvd decrypter i click on the icon that seems to copy the dvd. that seems to work. but when i go to copy that on to a dvd, i click on the icon to copy and it seems to start but half way thru some lady in a sweet voice says oops or oh no and everything stops!!! what am i doing wrong. thanks

 

You should read the tutorials on backing up DVD's. You may need tom compress your DVD. You may also need to change the settings of DVD Decrypter to ISO. There are a lot of things you may need to do, so reading a guide on creating DVD's on this site would be the best thing to do!

 

It is just the same question over and over again! how hard is it to read the faqs?
