Hiiiii You have helped me in the past. I have an xp toshiba sattelite laptop that cant connect with IE or FOxFire I can talk with skype on it but not do anything else on line I ran malawarareBites and SuperantiSpy and ccleaner and defragmated and it has no viruses so I am hoping someone can tell me what is wrong. I dont know why I can talk on it and yet not go on Helpppppppppppp please ty Ema
open a dos window.. command prompt.. and type this ping google.com then wait for a minute or 2 and see what happens.. if nothing happens try ping 127.0.0.1 probably some retarded firewall problem.
