i cant copy my CD. IT WONT FIT ON MY DISC, How do i get it to fit on a normal 700mB disc

    i used nero to to copy a cd, when i tried to burn it to a next 700mB disc it come up with the message ( NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON THE DISC) WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT FIT TO A NARMAL 700MB DISC.

    how big is the file u are trying to copy??

    you can either check to see if your drive will do an "over burn" which may or may work and may not be supported by your drive's warranty due to "mechanical limitations" being pushed... or buy a plextor with Giga-Record. Remember: I have not used either of these choices, but an "audio component junkie" (lol) friend of mine is seriously thinking of going giga record for his music recording needs.

    Hope that helped, some will probably say plextor is "too costly" but it's all a matter of preferances and needs I guess. Do a search, read other forums and good luck
