I can't get dvd-lab pro to work

    on my computer for some strange reason.

    I'm running windows xp. I download the trial version right from the site and install. the install seems to go fine. but then the program will not open. and after I attempt to open it it causes other programs on my computer to crash. but I have plenty of memory.

    does anyone know of any existing bugs with the program or why this would be happening? thanks.
