I bought a new computer after my old one crashed and I am trying to install my DVDxcopy into this computer. First problem I have is that this is an old version (Version 1.3). Second problem is when i tried to activate Xcopy, it says that I used up all the allotted activations which really doesn't match up because I only put this on my 3 old computers and my laptop which amounts to four but the 3 old computers run like crap so I couldn't even backup a DVD if I could with those computers. Third, I know that I had a problem with this old version because I couldn't back up using a DVD-R... only DVD+R's which is a big problem since my DVD players can't read DVD+R's... So I was wondering how I can obtain the most recent version..? A guy by the name of BigBear helped me lasttime and resolved the problem so I could burn on DVD-R's... BigBear, are you still there? It's me Uncle Jun and I need your help again!!! Please HELP!!!
