i cant get my toshiba equium l350 to hdd and recover

    as it says above im having problems with my comp (windows vista).
    few problems with it and loads of stuff ive downloaded loads of stuff that i dont want on computer and want to factory reset it.
    do i need to buy the product recovery disc as the comp never came wit it or is there anything else i can do.only have comp since july and am very new to using computers
