i cant load command prompt

    hey i new to coding hacking converting i wanna open command prompt but when i do this message comes up this system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows apps chose close to terminate this programs. anyone else have this problem know what do do i running windows xp my account stats are admin and i have

    Click Start button, then Run. Write cmd in it and press enter. Welcome to command prompt. If you're trying to run MS-DOS programs it won't work. It's just Windows shell for console based programs.

    if that dont work, then type "command" without the semi colons.
