Everytime I try, it comes out as a normal size file (I'm merging 3 files about 250 meg each) but its only like 20-40 mins long when it should be more like 120 minutes. I've used two different mergering programs, but the same problem happens. Then, when I want to create chapters with the file in TMPG DVD author so I can create a DVD with my MPEG file, because it's only 20 or so minutes long, the audio and video are all screwed and and when I go through the frames, and just skips from half through the film to the end of it so the timing is right. Am I doing something wrong? Are there any MPEG merging programs that are good and don't have this problem?
use this thread: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/245607 same applies to you. note: use the correct format - mpeg1 = super video cd or video cd not dvd! you need to convert the mpg1 files to mpeg2 for dvd. Dan
