i cant view anything on my starview even though i have a virgin service

    hi all
    i pay for my tv service on an ntl area.i recently bought the the box and when i tried to connect it on the cable it didnt work.i took the box to a different address and it worked.i know its got to do with my cable i even tried to do it without the splitter.any chance i could view this channels in my house????????

    Have you done the automatic scan on your provider and how many stations did it pick up ?

    no programs found.som1 told me i need a booster.where would i get 1?
