I just got I Copy Dvd's 2 and I have burned 3 movies with it useing DVD43. Now when I try it starts fine and does step 1 of 2 but when it gets to step 2 when it is suposed to start burning an error pops up and says to check the log. The Dvd's I burnt that worked are Fujifilm DVD-RW's. The error only happens with the new DVDs I have which are Sony DVD-R 25DMR47LS4 I read these are good so I dont know why it isnt working. I dont know how to solve the errors the log shows so if someone can help me out with this problem it would be much appreciated. Thanks. 1. I don't like using DVD43 .... it's flukie.... sometimes it works then all of a sudden it has problems! hit or miss. get AnyDVD and CloneDVD.... use the free 21 day trial! you'll have better results. those sony disks should be fine but burn at 4x or half the rated speed of the disk. I only use Made In Japan disks, Taiyo Yuden, or Verbatim which is top notch but made in Taiwan. I also use the +R media so I can booktype my media to DVD-ROMs which are more compatible to most DVD players! read this: http://k-probe.com/bitsetting-booktype-faq.php
ihoe i second that , first of all dump i copy dvds2 and dvd43 2nd d/l a free trial of anydvd and clonedvd2 BEST PROGRAMS you wont regreat the price they cost if you buy them , 3rd and final test the dvds at the exact same speed to determine if the dvds are picky at that speed and check your dvd reader/burner firmware that helps alot you be suprised
