I could really use some help...

Hi team - I have two separate problems that I need to fix..

1st - In my internet explorer & in my mozilla firefox websites will appear twice. For instance if I pull up google I will see
Google
Search bar
-----
Google
Search bar
- everything just laid on top if itself like that. Also links just have a tendency to not work a lot of the times and require me to click a few times, certain websites like imeem no longer work... I've done virus scans but to no avail.

2nd - When I open certain folders in my computer explorer.exe will just crash, and any folders open will immediately close & give me the standard windows error. This is the issue that appeared first, months before the other one.

If anybody has any clue on how to fix these I would deeply appreciate it.
