The HD4830 as a card is miles better, and if you can afford one, definitely buy one, but that Asus cooler is a bit meh. This one should do better: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102803
check out http://www.maximumpc.com/article/features/budget_pc they built it for 800 so take away the 100 dollars for os and find a free case 55 dollars get your self a 20 dollar hard drive or better yet use a old one you have yourself a good machine for 600 bucks though this is from October it applies still and the prices probably fell enough that the whole thing is 600 or less. check pc magazine for other builds tom hardware has good ones etc...
