I have a presario f500 compaq laptop and when I try to connect to my wireless netgear router, it says that it is unable to connect. It is also lying about it not being in range although it is just a room away. Halp please.
have you entered your security key? have you allowed your internet security to access the network? some routers require that you pair with the router, have you done this? if you post a setup of what router you use and what your network setup is, e.g what computers are networked how many wireless this will help us help you.
