Whenever I open up the Action Replay Code Manag*er, everything works except for one thing.: The DS is not "found." I got really excited but the problem is that whenever I connect it, no matter what I do it just isn't working. I have tried... a) Downloading it. b) Blowing into BOTH sides of the plugs. c) Looking in the manual for help. Zip, notta, nothing. Please help me if you know what to do, thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
weird, i didnt have any trouble with mine. Just in case are you following these instructions? Start program... plug the thing into ds, plug wire into PAR... plug usb into computer... should be the simple...what Operatingsystem are you running? im on xp sp 2
Well I don't know, what do you mean by "plug wire into PAR"? This is really confusing. P.S. - I'm using Windows Vista by the way.
PAR - pro action replay i'm not too sure about vista you got a wire that is USB on one end and weird on the other end that fits into the end of the pro actin replay cheat device?
ill do some research, until then try updateing the software you have installed on your computer, there should be some button or something that says check for update
there is a little icon that looks like a DS cartridge that says "software update" click that, i just did it. Install that update and cross your fingers. I just installed it and it said this Minimum System Requirements --------------------------- Computer / Processor 1GHz+ processor recommended Communication Internet connection USB Port (USB 2.0 highly recommended) Operating System Windows® XP Home or XP Pro. Memory 256Mb RAM Install size: 10MB of free hard-disk space for program installation plus additional hard drive space for storing codes. Display 800X600 SVGA or higher, True Colour Drive CD-ROM drive (for installation) even though it says XP, it my work for vista... this is te reason i take the wait and see approach to OS upgrades, lol
Otherwise U should just return it since apparently a lot of people have problems with this Action Replay and I suggest everyone else only buying it at a local dealer so a return won’t be an issue.
The thing is just although everything is done right, no matter what it always says "Waiting for DS" While the DS is securely plugged in, even at the bottom it always says "NSD plug properly installed." or something like that. Any ideas? Besides for returning it, my mom threw out the receipt.
Okay, thank you. I have an idea anyways, I will go down stairs and try that computer instead, thanks for the idea dpickett! I'll come back and tell you guys how it ends up.
HALLELUJAH!!!!! IT WORKS! I LOVE ALL OF YOUU!!!! MUAH! Thank you so much all of you, especially you dpickett.:::
