basically i want to put an old pc hard drive (80 gig) into my xbox i know it works and stuff, i use it still. when i put this hard drive in (i have a hardmod or watever) my xbox gets error 7 now ive read thats ide timeout or somat, i dont have slayers, i cant get it 2 write to the disc. so i got a copy of deluxe auto installer or somat, im jsut sayin what ive got to narrow it down... any help would be most appreciatted thanks
yea i tried that, but it says it cant find a hard drive when its plugged in, what format should i format it to its ntsc not fat32, what will that program recognise?? dayv
you might have to change your jumper on the harddrive just unplug your main hd on your comp and plug that one in.....
right i know youve just posted but i am stupid it was my jumper i fixed it bout an hour ago lol, one more question, y do some mp3s fail when i copy em across 2 ma hdd and how can i make evox see the games on the F drive not E... thanks 4 ur help
it would be in the evox.ini file right now only the E drive is specified for the games just go change it to the F drive....
