I need help breaking encryption..

    Can someone just look at this file for me and try to decrypt it.. it's called Powerline.exe.enc
    It's encrypted and i'm not sure how I can decrypt it. This program is supposedly able to unban steam id's from VAC servers.

    Any help appreciated. And no.. it dosent contain any viruses. Check it if you want. virusscan.jotti.org.

    I had a look for you.. what exactly is in the file & why do you need it & need it decrypted?
    From what I can see its an unencrypted empty shell, there's nothing in the file.
