Hi i just softmodded my xbox and it worked fine then the next day i tried to use it and it started booting up and got to the xbox logo then it flashes red and says error message 6 your xbox needs service. If anyone could please help me with this i would really appreciate it. Also is there anyway to fix this with my chip moddedd xbox? please help.
thanks for the help, but i was wondering if there was a way to fix this with my moddedd xbox? and no i havent changed the hard drive it is the stock xbox hd. or is there an easy way to create a hard drive that will work on my xbox as the softmod hd and the xbox recognize it right?
You'll need the eeprom! If you don't have that, you'll need an eeprom reader. You can build one or get one off eBay!
