Hi again... (I've edited the title, sorry ddp, my other title was informative however I had brackets in it and it just cut off the entire title from there so I am starting it again.)

I am back with the same probs.
My PC kinda loops or freezes sort of especially noticable when shutting down/logging off...etc. When I press shut down...it will take like 5 mins to do so...sometimes it won't even do wat I told it to. It feels like it's looping or something...because it just sits...and doesn't do anything.

Sometimes the PC gets stuck at the Windows XP logo at the start up, it just kinda freezes, but then again I wait 5 mins and it resumes and works again.

When the patience is not enough, I reboot the PC and it hangs up on me without even starting up windows. Sometimes I press restart and hear I think it's my GPU fan (like a vacuum inside a PC) and the monitor just receives no signal whatsoever. Sometimes when I reboot the PC I can be prompted with "CMOS Settings Wrong (american megatrends)" or "AI overclocking FAILED!". Before the windows logo.

It asks me to press F1 to change settings and F2 to load default values.

The thing with this is... when I reboot the PC because it froze it 1/2 of the time resets someof my BIOS settings. I am talking about the ones under Advanced > JumperFree configuration.

It sets everything to Auto. Some settings like DDR2 Frequency and the RAM timings and the DRAM voltages were set by me. By then it resets and I have t oset them up again...I am wondering if I should leave everything to auto or actually set it up...like my PC tech guy told me to.

If anyone kinda understands what I am talking about could anyone help?
    I've just received a BSOD ... randomly while playing a game...idk why.
