i need help to unlock nokia 2610 b

    MODEL; NOKIA 2610 b

    seems to be locked by AT&T , because it logs on using AT&T software logo!
    My country; UGANDA- east/africa
    SERVICE PROVIDER; UGANDA TELECOM LIMITED ( utl)

    Let me contact AT&T for a solution, because they're the default service providers.
    OR do you think a factory reset will help, using a Nokia unlock tool?
