i think someone is watching my internet activity and i was wondering is there an easy free way to tell if anyone is and is there a way to block them?? thanks
Well, I'm not sure what O/S you are running. Do you have a dynamic connection or static connection? Get a firewall. If you are running Windows XP, even though you have a firewall in the O/S it is not very reliable. Go to download.com and choose between a numbers of free firewalls. In your case I might choose one called COMODO. It is very powerful and will let you know if something is trying to intrude. You can then tell the firewall to block it.
