I need help with Fed-Ex. Help, please.

    I ordered an ipod nano and they said it was shipped and on the way. It was supposed to get here today, but it didn't. Is it possible to change the order from home delivery to in-store?

    Yes. When the truck arrives tomorrow march right out there and tell the driver to deliver it to the store and you'll pick it up there.

    You're welcome. I had to call them, a couple of years ago, and they were very helpful in resolving my issue, with their service.
