I have a 30GB video ipod, and when I play videos, theres no sound! It tells me to convert my videos on itunes, but theres no sound, Can someone help me? I get all my videos, music videos, and movies from my LIMEWIRE. But, the workers at the apple store say i need to find a software that will convert the video properly.. What do video mp4 converter do you recommend that is completely free? (beause my mom won't buy stuff online, she doesnt want to use her credit card)
