Here's the problem. Whenever I turn on my xbox, I'm getting this endless scrolling screen problem. I've read several other threads on different forums concerning this problem. It said that I would need to get a program called enigmah video switcher so I got it. The problem is I cant tell if cd i burned even works because of the scrolling screen. I tried to press (b)for ntsc whenever my xbox booted, but it didn't seem to work.

Do I need to burn it on to a certain cd-/+ or dvd-/+ because the file is only a few MB?

I've tried burning it onto a cd-R and a dvd+R With and w/o miscellaneous files just incase the file was too small to be read.

And if cd did work how would I know it was working in the first place? Does it automatically load up the file without going to the dashboard?

if not, can you tell me what I need to press in order to get to run the program like:

Press up twice and push a. Then go down once and push B...etc

    Thanks.

since the file to small, you need a dummy file like 200MB. You can burn it to CD or DVD-R.

    That's what I did.

    I burned a

    cd-r with 500MB
    &
    dvd+r with 1.5GB

    does the program load automatically
or do I still have to click on the icon?

DVD+R wont work on xbox. Did you make iso and burn iso? Do you have softmod or hardmod?

okay, Sorry, I'm a noob. I would ftp, but I wouldn't know what to ftp to switch to ntsc.

What files do I need to ftp?

if you can, a procedure would be nice.

@return if it is modded you can watch DVD-R without the DVD connecter

here is the tutor for ftp

YOu need some program like xISO so you can open the enigmah.iso and extrack all files to a folder. Then rename the folder to enigmah. Then ftp it to apps folder on F drive or E drive on Xbox.

Alright, Thank You TheReturn for responding. You've been a great help.

just one last question. If I ftp it I would be running the program off the computer right? Because if I have to click on it in the xbox, I would have a really hard time trying to click on it because of the scrolling screen.

No, You cant run it off the PC.

Are you using standard tv or hdtv? What video mode did you set in MS dash? Maybe this caused the scrolling screen.

I just went down the applications section running 1 file at a time until I saw the words Enigmah. Then I pressed random buttons until I saw anything that resembled the word ntsc and resetted.

    Somehow how it worked.

    Thanks for looking out TheReturn.
