Hello everybody, i bought mp4 player and on the music list it says no files , empty files, and i cant send songs through my computer to my mp4 player and when ever i try to do that, it doesnt go throught. Thanks to all
Is it an iPod and are you using iTunes to sync? If so, are you sure the videos are in MP4 format because if they're not, they'll show up in iTunes but won't sync to the iPod.
