you're not really going to get very good results using a car receiver for your home theatre system. do you have any other components to go with this receiver, or is that it? The built in amplifier in your car receiver will not work on your home theatre speakers. car amps put out 4 or 2 ohms, and home stereos run on 8 or 16 ohm. and most car receivers are only 20 or 25 watts X 4, and thats at 4 ohms, so if you hook it up to an 8 ohm speaker, it will only be 10 or 12.4 watts X 2.

You also need a 12 volt power supply, probably at least 5 amps to run your receiver, but you'd have to check the power draw on your receiver. you could take the line level outputs for your receiver and hook them up to a home theatre amplifier, but if you were to do that, why not just use the home theatre amplifier.

like I said, car stereos and home theatre stereos are very different systems and for the most part incompatibe.
