hi guys i need the 16x update for NEC ND-3500AG dvd burner. its really p***in me off lol i cant burn anything because my local store only sells discs that burn at 16x . i did go to this site (the inlay of the discs told me to lol) to update my drive but the links are not working or under construction. i went here: http://www.dvdhs.com/euro/index.html and i need the file named "Packard Bell/NEC Computer International English" i have updated my drive to its latest firmware and still nothing, can you guys give me a hand please ??
I did some digging around and found that your drive should infact support 16x burning, however only on some disks. I think you should look at this... http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=96140 Find your drive and firmware verison and it will tell you which media has 16x burning supported. Other than that i couldn't find any hacked firmware to make all disks burn @ 16x. I looked here http://liggydee.cdfreaks.com/page/ which if there is some would be on that site. Hope that helped.
