I know this is one off the WT...F kind of Q&A but ya i am new at this so i am asking. what is pal and ntsc and how do i know what kind i have... in this softmod i am try to do it's asking what kind of Splinter Cell you have and to see if it's the PAL or NTSC so ya i need to know kind of Splinter Cell i have a PAL or NTSC.. help if you can!
Simple option - Just copy BOTH the NTSC and PAL versions onto the memory card. *shrug* Wait... No you can't I just remembered... Well, if Splinter Cell is Pal it'll look like this --> http://www.freewebs.com/forichy/[nameless]151.jpg Also, NTSC is the type of video/coding that is using in America. And PAL is... Well, the rest of the world. NTSCJ or something is Japan... I can't remember fully. But if it's the region of your Xbox you're trying to find, just guess that it's NTSC on the softmod installer. If it says it failed, then just do it on PAL. I thought my xbox was PAL but it's NTSC... fucked up since I bought in from some guy in Cornwall... Edit. I just remembered... It should say PAL or NTSC on the disc ^_^; Also, this is a question for softmodding. It should be on the softmodding forum or w/e it's called.
