Can anyone help? Alright here's the situation I'm in... I recently modded my one XBOX with Krayzie's SC NTSC UXE Installer (the one that also allows you to choose whether it's in Dutch or English. I know what I did wrong now, but earlier I tried to get rid of this softmod without reading up on it, big mistake. When I try to load the M$ dashboard I get the error 21 screen. I CAN load Splinter Cell and get to the EvolutionX screen, but I can't get to the EvolutionX dashboard (with the cool skins). Also I cannot FTP into that XBOX because the IP is set to 0.0.0.0 and I can't change it. I'm pretty sure that there is nothing I can do to either a.) Get the dashboard back (since I deleted it out of utter stupidity) or b.) Get my XBOX back to normal, so I'm wondering, would it fix my XBOX if I bought a replacement hard drive for it? And if so, could you point me in the direction of a new hard drive? I don't need anything fancy just something that'll get the job done. Thanks.
Make sure your computer is hooked to a router and the router to the internet. Then hook your Xbox to that router. Restart your Xbox and it should show the IP address.
I have been trying to fix my xbox for quite a few days now and its really starting to piss me off. i cant ftp it because when i open up flashfxp and put in the IP address, it says that the connection was refused. it wont boot up anything, and i mean anything. ive tried the slayer evox auto installer, and it wouldnt boot that up. i also tried putting the van helsing dvd into it because it has the playable demo, but it wouldnt start that up either. anybody have a clue on how i can fix this? i know i may sound like a total noob but i know very little about xbox. any help would be appreciated.
