The only problem i can see if with the Ram, the motherboard says it can support: Supported RAM Speed PC2700, PC3200, PC2-3200, PC2-4300 and the ram is: Crucial 1GB (2x512MB) DDR2 PC5300 667MHz Ballistix Dual Channel Kit Which is a problem.
