What I would like to do is save my current NDS cartridges with all the save data to a cartridge I can put in my NDS.

for example, save my Pokemon Diamond in its current state with 200+ pokemon to a single rom file that I can put on another cartage that will hold all of my Cartridge ROM's in their current state.

I get so tired of carrying around 5 or 6 cartridges because I never know what I might be playing.

Currently I am carrying around Pokemon Diamond, Zelda Phantom Hourglass, Advance Wars Days of Ruin, Electro Plankton and FFIII

as you can see it get cumbersome. I would also like to be able to play games like Mario Cart, Advance Wars Days of ruin and Hourglass over WiFi from a single cart.

I was looking at the M3 Perfect Lite microSD but not sure if this will fit my needs.

Also I do not want to Modify my NDS in anyway and loose any functionality.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction.

You'll probably want to get a slot 1 card. There are several to choose from, so you'll want to do some comparison shopping. The most popular is probably the R4, but it's getting harder to find. Other well known slot 1 cards include M3 Real, DSTT (TopToy), and CycloDS. There are even some others out there, but because they're newer or not as popular, you may have a harder time finding support. Do some searching and you'll find a lot of information on this site.

How woulkd I copy my exsiting slot 1 DNS cart to a new one??? I need a solution so that I can copy ALL MY NDS Carts with saved data to a single Cart.

Can I do this with M3 lite pro ??? does it allow me to copy a Slot one cart to the slot 2 device?? Does it allow me to make an exact copy of the slot 1 cart (ie With save game infor and all)?

There's a couple good sites that talk about this, but I don't have the time right this minute to find them. I downloaded some tools a while back to do this, but never got around to it. I just started the games over from the beginning. Here's a link to one of them that I was going to try (link here).

Silk42 again thanks for the reply but why would I do it over WiFI?

This would require that I have the org NDS cart in slot 1 and some 3rd party device in slot2. Can't I just copy the cart in slot 1 to a device in slot 2??????? if so what do I need to do that?

Like I said, I haven't tried this, but you only need a slot 1 card (according to the instructions). You would need wifi because you need a place to save the files while you're copying the original game. You will start the procedure with a slot 1 card and before you start the backup, you'll have to swap the card and insert the original game.

There are several steps involved, so it's not something I can just test in a couple of minutes. Eventually, I might get around to testing it. I'm pretty sure you can use a slot 2 card to perform what you want as well, but I'm not interested in purchasing a slot 2 card so someone else would have to help you if you go that route.
