i7 920 + Zerotherm Nirvana

    My friend just bought a core i7 processor and a Zerotherm Nirvana cooler for it. But it doesn't seem to line up, so are the i7 processors not compatible with LGA775 coolers?

    i7 are LGA1366. best is to return the nirvana and get a proper 1366 cooler. or find an adapter.

    Nope, send it back and get a nice cooler like a Thermalright Ultra-120e1366.
