hey i like to know if there anyway to make avi files smaller so when i burn it i can fit like more esp on to 1 disc
The only ways I'm aware of putting more avi is to burn them as data but for that you will need a player capable of playing them and you won't have menu or lower the bitrate when you encode but quality will suffer. 4 encoded 1 hour episodes is about the limit for encoded files if they are good quality.
Hi, Nifty little program once you get the hang of it http://www.filepedia.com/video_software/video_tools/avi_recomp.cfm. The output quality is based upon the avi file you input.
hey the site doesnt work oh right i put like 12 esp into 1 disc my friend can put up to 24 that why im asking thisnquestion
Hi, The site is filepedia which is affiliated with AD (see links at bottom of this page). From there use the search function and look for avi recomp. The site may be having problems so keep trying.
1 gig? That can't be right, I'm sure. 175 megs sounds like your average-sized anime ep, but then I could be wrong, as I have no real idea what it is you're downloading. Make sure on Nero that you have it set to burning DVD's and not Cd's. I have no idea why Nero would think that each ep is 1 gig, but it shouldn't be.
Sounds like maybe you are converting to DVD video. In which case the size of the avi's is irrelevant. 175MB's, 10MB's, 10GB's, it doesn't matter since you are re-encoding.
>>... I have no idea why Nero would think that each ep is 1 gig, but it shouldn't be. NeroVision would think that based on the length in minutes of the clip (original AVI size is irrelevant) using it's default, Standard bitrate setting of 5073.
