If you are on probation can you be arrested for having burned DVD movies?

I just want to see, if my probation officer came to my house and found the dvd movies that were burned could that be a violation of my probation?

TO be honest i don't think they would care.

Most huge hi-profile operation the FBI conducted like the one that brought down MYTH and such are all for showed and backed by MPAA. If a police or probation officer saw burnt movies, they probably won't give a damn.

He might confiscate it. I dont think they care about that. I was on probation my PO took all my stuff with mary jane leaves on it and anything he thought was gang related. They just look for gang activity and drug periphinelia. Some people have special circumstances as a rule of their probation. You should have some paperwork that tells you what you can't do.

Sorry I did not know what thread to put this in.

I have no special terms or circumstances as a part of my probaton, just that I am searchable for stolen property and no fire arms.
