who does? i got action replay but the wrong splinter cell and i dont have anymore money left where can i download linux for free

Is it just me or is every softmod problem that I read, is someone doing so using AR. There are other methods to softmod your Xbox w/o using AR, just get a real memory card or USB dongle and save yourself $20 in the process...
take the email address off of there. also, you can softmod without a memory unit. use ndure and xboxhdm. completely free, you just need to know how to hotswap.
A hotswap solution is not possible if you have a SATA IDE, its the connector between your HDD and motherboard, its one wire and its usually the color red or blue; in order for you to do a hotswap you need a PC with an ATA IDE, its a connector that looks exactly like the cable that connects your Xbox's HDD and DVD-ROM Drive the chances of you having an ATA IDE are very slim if you purchased your PC within the last 3 years or so.
i suggest not to hotswap unless you have done it before because if you mess up your pc and xbox is screwed up and you WILL have to buy a new xbox because there will be nothing to fix it. and don't post your e-mail just type the program in google or something and you will find it.
even though your primary hdd may be sata, most motherboards still have an ata connector. all you have to do is go into the bios and enable it.
