    Hi weedevil

    Nero Version: 7.0.1.4
Update Nero to the latest - 7.10.1.0

    Recorder: <_NEC DVD_RW ND-3500AG> Version: 2.16
Firmware can use an update too - the latest is 2.1B

    Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AM3
Not the best. Better to use would be Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

    File 'Drivers\InCDfs.SYS':
If you're not using InCD uninstall it, run the InCD clean tool. Nero's InCD has been known to cause conflicts.

    Give that a go.
