Up until now I have not had any problems burning. However now I get and illegal disc error. I have downloaded the latest driver for my drive but it will not recognize my drive when I tried to install. The error log reads as follows: 5C8000108000000000566687xxxx Windows XP 5.1 IA32 WinAspi: - ahead WinASPI: File 'C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core\Wnaspi32.dll': Ver=2.0.1.74, size=164112 bytes, created 11/2/2004 1:54:32 PM NT-SPTI used Nero Version: 7.0.0.0 Recorder: <LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1633S>Version: BGS4 - HA 1 TA 0 - 7.0.0.0 Adapter driver: <IDE> HA 1 Drive buffer : 2048kB Bus Type : default (0) -> ATAPI, detected: ? Edit out your serial number before someone pirates it. This is the first version of Nero7, it was plagued with bugs, heres my recommendation , , uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 or a later version from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/ There is later versions available, but this is the one I use and recommend You have a lot of memory in use, I would not multitask while burning. You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
