illegal disk error

    Hi all im having illegal disk error with nero i'm using memorex dvd-r here is a copy of the nero log.Thanks in advance for any help

    ok I have done some searching and it looks like i need to update my firmware so that i can burn at 16x. My question is what firmware do i update to? i currently have 2.98

    well, I fixed my own problem..... Thanks to everyone( NO one) Who replied to help me fix this issue. Your help in getting this issue corrected was greatly appreciated. Oh wait..... guess I'm Thanking myself.
