My ILO is not reconizing any disk even factory...and disk that I just recorded on the machine..Any reason this might happen it worked fine before... or is this machine just junk...???? maybe it needs cleaned if so how?? thanks for the input I search forum didnt find answer I needed...
I had same problem, i used a lens cleaning cd , the kind with tiny little brush mounted on a cd. this fixed problem, i guess dust on the lens
You may have to go in manually and clean the lens by hand with a cotton swab. Polutants and vapors in the air can be pretty sticky stuff.
