This is a ILO DVDR 04 unit.Well I bought some dvd rw disc they are Memorex dvd-rw and when I put them in the dvd it says reading then Failed. So I went out and bought some Maxwell disc and the same thing faild. It came with one disc when I bought this unit and I was able to copy to that disc. I read the owners manual and it said go to their site for supported brand disc but I didn't see it any where. What brand should I buy for this unit? Any one have this unit withthe same problem also?? First off I hope your using DVD+RW/DVD+R disk not- because they are not supported.I have used Phillps and Memorex in the DVD+RW media and Verbatim and Memorex dor DVD+R. On the ilo site go to the Q&A and scroll down for what media to use.
