ILO dvdr04

    I was just wondering if the dvdr04 model is the same on the inside as the dvdrhd04 model. Would it be possible to put a hard drive in the dvdr04 model and use the firmware from the dvdrhd04. I have both models on layaway at the wal-mart in my town.

    The chipset for the R04 is different than the RHD04 in that it does not support a HDD

    The RHD04 you have on layaway most likely is not available at most stores. The edit features of the RHDO$ are better than the 04. It is also more virsatial than the 04.
    LiteOn, which makes the 04 is re-baging the 04 as the LVW5005X with AllRight. Check pricing
    I have the RHD04. Very good machine.
