ILO HD04 wont read

    my dad was burning music cds and now it wont read any thing.
    will the updates fix this or do we to send it in to get fix?

    Replied to your other post. It sounds like during your updates, you stopped before getting 1195 installed. Try doing the 1195 update and see if the ILO will play the audio CD's. Audio CD's were an issue before 1195.
