ILO R04

    I have had this for almost a year with no problems. But now I have the problem that when I turned it on, it stays at "Hello". I can't do anything with it. The DVD box won't open, I can't play a recorded movie, delete them or anything. Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on with it.

    The 04 will lock at a HELLO display if the DVD drive is not being recognized for what ever reason.
