i'm a newbie..about DAT file

    hey guys..ok i'm a newbie...my question is i have a DAT file that is 800mb..i can play it with Windows media player but i want to burn this into a VCD...so i want to convert into a mpeg so i can burn...also i want to split it into because it can't fit in one CD....i have isobuster and nero....so basically...want to know how to convert DAT--->MPEG.....and split into two parts to fit into two CD's....thank you...................




    P.S i know that you guys answered this already but there is hundreds of threads so i don't know where to start....

    First, on a VCD you can fit up to about 830 MB of movie (360,000*2336 I wrote it in a 'sticky' thread 'maximim move that fits on a VCD'. Didn't you read it?).
    Second, read http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/113405 .
    Third, avoid that buggy Nero. use VCDGear, instead. There's a full tutorial in the 'sticky' threads in the main page of the forum.
