im stuck!!!help

    i downloaded a program called winrar or something like that and now when i go on to xbins the files look diffrent they look like book and it lock is that good or bad....what files do i have to download to mod my xbox and my last question what do we do with the udata thing do we un zip it plz help

    it is good
    download the SID installer files.
    you don't do anything with udata yet
