But it says "no cd or dvd burner detected" But my comp. came with a cd burner.... so why wont it detect it ?
what software are you using. have you burnt a CD before? make sure you do have a burner, and that it is properly installed. go to control panel > system > device manager and check to see that the cd drive is installed and if it is a burner or not.
use nero. it is the most stable burning app. if nero doesn;t have this problem then it's the fault of the program your currently using.
