I'm trying to find a program that I can use to resize some of the images I have scanned and saved to my computer. I recently purchased an All in One printer - scanner - copier to replace an old printer that no longer worked. The new software that came with the All in One will only allow me to resize using pixels or percentages. The old program that came with my scanner let me resize with inches as an option. I have a number of different sized images I need to get down to 2 1/2 " and a few to 2 3/4". I have looked and looked and downloaded a number of programs but have yet to find one that will let me convert to inches. Is there a program out there that will let me do this? Any help would be greatlr appreciated.
