    I am new at this program and I think I have all the settings correct.
    1st I selected the 2 files (video_TS and Audio_TS)in build mode,
    When I push the green arrow I see the Buffer max out at 100% . The device buffer and complete bars remain blank.The bottom of the error box said: Session Fixation Error Writing Lead In. I am using Memorex blanks and tried several times with different blanks.
    Thanks CC

    Have you tried a different brand?
    Try a known good brand, like 'Verbatim':set the burn speed at 4x or half the speed listed on the package.
    If the problem persists, check the firmware version of the burner with Imgburn.
    'Tools > Drive > Capabilities' then check for an update.

    Also, you don't need to select the audio ts folder, as it's empty. Everything you need should be in the video ts folder.

    Thanks.
    I went to tools in Imgburn. "drive" is greyed out and not accessable.
    I downloaded this version here 2 months ago. could be it outdated?
    Is this an uncommon problem?.

    The latest ImgBurn is 2.4.2.0, if that's your version, then you've got the current version.

    <><>To burn VIDEO_TS using ImgBurn<><>

    * start ImgBurn
    * click on Mode, Build
    * use the "folder icon" to browse and locate your ready to burn VIDEO_TS
    * insert a high quality media (YUDEN, Verbatim or SONY)
    * click on "Device" and "book icon for booktype", select your burner, select DVD+R media
    * change for DVD-ROM
    * click change and OK,
    * change burning speed to 8X, 10X, 12X, 16X (or your desire)
    * now click "build", relax and ImgBurn should be done within 8 mins or less.

    NOTE: make sure that all your burner/s has the latest firmware.

    I followed the instructions but still no success. How do I update my firmware and is this a common problem?
