Hello All; ...the time has finally come that I would like some reccomendation as to what dvd burner I should get.....and as for choices, well, I haven't made any yet; so I will let you all suggest me what you think would be best to fit these requirements: -should be 16x dvd writing speed or higher -around the 30$ price range -should be able to burn both + and - dvd discs -preferably DL capable ...and make sure you use links from Newegg when you post reccomendations...... ....thanx; and I hope this helps you guys in finding me a winner Halen5150
IMO, this is a great drive.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827129001 It does not booktype to DVD-ROM, but that can be fixed by using some special "patched" firmware.
