If I were in your shoes (money to throw around lol) I would not opt for the straight up navigation system. I am not sure what one will run with monitor included but i would guess around 2g. For the same money you can get a 7" flip-up display, on-star (w subscription fee of course) for the same price. Not only does this offer you the ability to have a 7" plasma or LCD monitor to watch the roads, but you can also use the head-unit to play music, watch videos and have a heck of alot more fun then a stock infiniti/nissan "verbatim navigation"...

Hey, everyone needs a little spice in their life, why not do the only worth-while thing to your car you can do? and that is to make it comfortable, safe and enjoyable. I own a 98 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas, recently put some 12" phoenix gold subwoofers in the back, have a phoenix gold speaker system on hold (order pending) and i am waiting to purchase a head-unit for the beast. I am all about taking a stock looking unit and mixing it up. Add my own led light tubes, color things differently, modded my sub box so it looks right cool. I have a design model for a 9" flip down monitor to be installed in the dash with a motorized hide away compartment. I want a burled oak finish wood plate to flip down and then the monitor goes.. BOOOOWIP! and BAM you can watch tv as the screen hangs below a glowing head-unit and the speakers thump your face off in the backseat :p!! haha, that is my ideal car modifications. SOUND SYSTEM and more flashy interior stuff... exterior is too hard to maintain, and how much do you really care about what your car ooks like on the outside if its got ripped upholstery, burnt ceilings, dirty floors, missing door panels etc on the inside? I personally opt for interior modifications on the Flashy side of things (performance mods to me, for luxury vehicles anyways, should consist of enough power to comfrotably drive around without busting high over 3500 rpms, to keep noise down, and SUSPENSION IS KING).

My car is lit up blue anywhere i could find a place to put the lights out of sight, but not out of mind... at night it looks like a flying saucer is coasting down the highway haha. Clear tint windows with a high-glare finish on the outside ensures that you can always see out but people can't always see in. But it also ensures that cops won't pull you over because yur windows look like coal...

Anyways, if you wanna talk about car mods, my suggestions, brand names etc.. send me a PM and we can chat about this stuff... I have been looking for someone with similar tastes to help me custom mod a vehicle for a sleeper competition.

Nothing is better then when I pull up in the very stock looking jaguar and then flick 2 switches and it starts glowing blue and the beats start raping the airwaves... haha ok im excited, i'm getting too into it. We may speak
